Fees and Insurance

Fees for orthodontic treatment vary from patient to patient.  Variables such as treatment duration, upper, lower or both requiring braces, and post orthodontic appliances can impact the cost of orthodontics.

Our New Patient Coordinator will meet with you to discuss your specific fees after Dr. Martin has determined the appropriate course of treatment for you.  Our insurance coordinator will work with you and your insurance company to determine what benefits are available for your treatment as well as determining what portion you will be expected to pay out of pocket.

We also participate with Orthofeeplan by Capital One where you may spread your payments out for up to 60 months at fixed rates as low as 5.9%APR.

For your convenience we participate in the following insurance plans:

Aetna U.S. Health Care Florida Combined
American Dental Plans Great West
Ameritas Met Life
Central States Prudential PDO
Delta Dental United Concordia
